Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

-Hair must be in its original condition.

-Hair must be unwashed, unused, unaltered, and unworn.

-All original tags, ties, bands, and packaging must remain attached and intact.

-Hair must not be brushed, combed, cut, colored, chemically processed, installed, or manipulated in any way.

-Hair must be returned in resalable condition and pass our quality inspection upon receipt.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted if:

-Tags have been removed.

-Packaging has been opened in a way that compromises the product.

-Hair shows signs of wear, installation, washing, brushing, cutting, coloring, or chemical processing.

-The product is returned damaged or not in its original condition.

Return Process
